About Introspection Therapy

Hello, and welcome to Introspection Therapy. I’m Lorena Castiglione, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Yoga Therapist.

The word introspection means “to look within.” In my work, I support clients connect with their inner strengths, gain perspective, and cultivate resilience — fostering the clarity and balance needed to navigate life’s challenges.

I work with adults experiencing trauma and PTSD, anxiety, chronic stress, low self-esteem, reproductive challenges, and major life transitions. I also have a special interest in reproductive health and fertility-related trauma, offering supportive care for the emotional complexity that can happen with family-building journeys.

My approach integrates psychotherapy with mind–body practices such as EMDR, mindfulness, meditation, and trauma-sensitive yoga. I also draw on principles of Positive Psychology, which highlight your existing strengths, values, and resources, so we’re not only addressing challenges but also building on what already supports your well-being.

Through this integrative framework, therapy becomes a space for self-discovery, nervous system regulation, and the development of skills that allow you to live with greater resilience and authenticity.

I currently see clients in person at my office in Longwood, Florida, and through telehealth sessions across the state.

I believe every person already carries the capacity for growth and well-being. My role is to provide the tools, guidance, and support that help you access that inner strength and move toward a more balanced and meaningful life.
