 Yes — I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can discuss your needs, answer questions, and see if working together feels like a good fit. 

 Sessions are 50 minutes. 

 Yes — I provide both in-person therapy at my Longwood, FL office and telehealth sessions for clients located in Florida. 

 At this time, I am a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a “superbill” that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits. 

Rates are $150 per 50 min session. 

 I work with adults navigating trauma and PTSD, anxiety and stress,  fertility and reproductive concerns, and self-esteem and identity challenges. 

Appointments can be cancelled and rescheduled with 48 hours notice. Unless there is a true emergency, you will be charged the full session fee for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
