Rates & Insurance

 Introspection Therapy is an out-of-network provider, which means payment is due in full at the time of service. Many clients are able to use their insurance benefits for reimbursement if their plan includes out-of-network mental health coverage.

I can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so I encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to learn more about your specific benefits.

Session Rates:

• Initial Intake Assessment: $200 (one time- fee, up to 2 hours)
• Individual Therapy Session: $150 (50-minute)
